The Bull's Garden, is all about a father teaching his son Dr. Ricci, how to grow food and make funny videos together entertaining their viewers. The Bull, plays several characters including an old version of himself named Uncle Papi who engages in causing the Bull big headaches. Here on our homestead we have fruit tree and garden beds for growing vegetables and leafy-greens which we share with our church community garden program. We also, raise chickens to enjoy having fresh eggs and collect the manure which helps fertilize our plants

TFS BULL, I SEE A LOT OF GARDENERS GROW CUSHAW SQUASH, WHAT DO THEY TASTE LIKE?? I'M CURIOUS, BUT DON'T WANT TO WASTE FOOD THAT I GROW 😬😟 ARE THEY SWEET OR WHAT?? THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW ~~HAPPY GARDENING 🥰
Good question! This is the first season I’ve grown them, never tasted one yet
@@TheBullsGarden alright, let me know how they are, I do like the yellow squashes 😊😊 thanks for your response
Great job brother Bull!! Love your channel
Much appreciated brother Dexter
That's right 😂😂
I wish I were your neighbor so I could really learn and ask tons of questions but I’ll keep asking Gardener Google 👍😅 I’m in a neighborhood where everyone has one acre of land but no one gardens except me. This Tx sun and tons of rain earlier left me with two pepper plants and one tomato plant. It’s all good though! Thanks for all you do Mr Bull!
Great video Bull!...I havent been on as much...had to replant 1/2 acre garden...almost everything is under shade cloth..doing much better...learn as we go..this new sun is horrible!
No doubt never felt it like this
Smh😂
Yes
Hi Bull, Great garden video. I’m in the process of harvesting out my first tomato crop, and removing the plants. The last of my zucchini is done, and needs to be removed. This year, I had a bumper crop of tomatoes, and have a few experimental plants that I planted as a second crop with fruit ripening on them. I harvested the first ACE-55 tomato this morning. They produce a lot of small slicer tomatoes. So far, the Grand Marshall tomato is king-large and plentiful beefsteak tomatoes averaging ¾ pounds; disease and pest pressure is good. With the summer crops being removed, I have room for my fall crops. On July 5th, I planted Russet potato chits. They should be breaking ground any day. We have rain in the forecast, and cooler temperatures, for the next ten days. I took advantage of it and sowed a few small rows of Danvers carrots, and Brunswick cabbage yesterday. After a couple more tomato plants come out, I’ll sow a bunch of golden beet seeds. With the summer squash done, I have room to sow broccoli and cauliflower seeds, but the time isn’t quite right. Next month, I’ll sow seeds for them. In September, after the temps cool a bit, I’ll sow seeds for Asian greens, Pak Choy (Boc Choy), Yellow Heart Winter Choy, Komatsuna, and maybe some lettuce. October is garlic month. Last year I planted garlic cloves during the first week, and it worked out great for me. They were ready for harvest mid-June. This is also a good time to plant radishes, German Giant, Malaga, or French Breakfast. I coast through November and December. Come January I am planting seed starts for tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and flowers. In February, I have the first crops in the ground, turnip, beets, radishes, carrots, chard, and mustard. And so, the cycle begins again. But next year, because of the location of the chicken run, I have to rethink about what to plant where. The cantaloupe and watermelon have to move to where they get more sunlight. I can move the cucumbers to the melon patch. They will benefit from morning sun, and afternoon shade. That leaves the pole beans. I may have to go back to growing bush beans, Blue Lake, Cantare, Dragon Tongue, Yellow Wax; I’m good with that, and I have the space. I can hold off planting melons to May. That frees up the trellis tunnel for growing the melons, and a lot more peas-win-win. And I get my shady oasis in the garden back. Other than moving two raised beds, I have no plans to expand next year’s garden, except for maybe adding two more fruit trees to complete my orchard. Maybe an olive tree, and… Dang blasted garden bug, it will be the end of me. Any larger, and I will need more land, or at least better a better means of watering. You’d think a one acre garden is enough.
Hi Bull, it time to start the fall garden soon.🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
That was a nice harvest 🙌🏽
Howdy Mr. Bull😊
That was a beautiful harvest my friend. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day
Great harvest 👍
Hello, Brother Bull! Great job with the squash. They are pretty ones. You grew some that I was not familiar with this year. They survived the scorching sun and heat this summer. It has been so hot! Here, on the gulf coast of TX, we barely survived that hurricane and it was only a category 1. There are still so many trees down and 2.4 million people did not have electricity. I was without power for 4 days. It was brutal. Stores were limiting water and ice purchases. Much love and respect to you, Bull. Em
Yay collect the seeds
Mr. Bull, I like your basket! Great harvest. 👏👏👏
Those are pretty squash!
Very good harvest Bull with all this heat all those squash loo good 👍👍👍
The heat we are experiencing weather from the magnetic poles of the earth shifting. That is one of the reasons (besides the solar storms) for all the crazy weather in places across the US. Your garden looks so beautiful!
Nice harvest! I think you did fantastic! Even with the harsh summer they did well! Take care fam!
Do they taste like pumpkin?
Hi Mr Bull ☺️
Fear thy neighbor is the best
Uh oh somebody got Unc Papi ready 😂

Hi, bro those blackberries look so good! Didn't know they grow so large, what kind are they? and is that one plant several?
@@altheamcdougal1327 it’s one plant and it’s called Thompson Thornless Blackberry, if you grow it right very heavy producer
😂😂😂
The vent always tells you from what i understand. The roosters will have a bubble when you check it. The layers will just have a slit
Awesome thank you so much, much appreciated my friend
My husband learned that lesson last year. The birds left him 3 blueberries.
Lol, they sure love them blueberries 🫐
What type of wire is your bean trellis? I am new to watching.
It’s two cattle panels put together
Bugs are eating mine 😩
Thats a nifty little green house 😊💚
Thank you, the greenhouse is situated perfectly in the garden and helps me grow awesome starts
Everything is looking good and luscious! So peaceful! I love it. I am trying but the heat is really bad. Not giving up though. 🙌🏽
Definitely keep at it, things will start improving latter part of August, I’ve lost several plants due to this extreme heat
Uncle Papi is dangerous with that machete! He may end up with some finger-licking-good meat.
Hostas are actually edible, you can sautee them, thats why they are eating them lol
