Angiogram - BRAIN angio procedure video
A brain angiogram is a relatively common procedure in neurosurgery. Check out this video of an actual brain angiogram where we use a catheter, x-ray imaging guidance and an injection of contrast material to examine blood vessels in the brain for abnormalities such as aneurysms and artero-venous malformations.
Cerebral angiography produces very detailed, clear and accurate pictures of blood vessels in the brain and may eliminate the need for surgery.
Patient: Dr. Gwen Evans
Radiologist: Dr. Adam Rennie
Hospital: The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London, UK.
Thanks to all the team for making this possible and special thanks to Gwen for letting us film her procedure!

Unruptured vascular aneurism can almost make the same effect as ruptured aneurysm, especially if it is located on the brain stem (pressure almost the same) and some times makes leg shivering. Is it possible to make endovascular bypass tube (inside the artery)to insulate aneurysm area, to make it shrink and possibly become normal again?

I know he mentions it only happens at a few minutes a time.. but has anyone else had much longer experiences? I've had sleep paralysis for a number of years and on atleast a dozen occasions I'll experience sleep paralysis, somehow manage to wake myself up (I feel I manage because I've been dealing with sleep paralysis for a long time and someone know how to eventually wake myself up), be terrified but fall straight back to sleep, experience sleep paralysis, wake up, be terrified and fall back asleep CONTINUOUSLY. Last night I had atleast 5 hours worth of broken sleep and I'm exhausted. On one particular occasion about a year ago this happened throughout the entire night and I got up at 6am feeling so tired and frightened by what happened. I usually get it when I'm falling asleep and know I'm about to get it because it feels like my entire body and head is intensely vibrating. It's draining and terrifying. When I speak to people about it they either look at me like I'm crazy or they say they've experienced it before. I just feel like my sleep paralysis is so much worse than anyone describes ☹️ Surely there is someone out there??

sometimes when i lie on my stomach and relax my body and control my breathing slowly if i do it for too long i wont be able to move and when i try to breath i can only breath a little bit of air at a time and it feels like im going to run out of oxygen and most likely pass out. i dont know if there are different types of sleep paralysis but this is what happens to me i dont know why it happens but if feels like i can control if i have sleep paralysis wich im pretty sure i can and there is a way i get out of it quicker wich is trying to use all your strength and might to push it to 1 side of your body and when you do that it is more easy to come out of it in my opinion but i absolutely hate the feeling mabey somone in the comments could let me know why it happens to me like this thank you.

I was on call in I.T. as the only Primary Technical Lead in a 24 hour private manufacturing business for 15 years therefore the only time I had off each year was 4 weeks vacation otherwise I was on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have been paged at all hours of the night and still expected to be in the office the next morning for the standard 8 hour shift no matter how many hours I'd worked through the night. I had to be available no matter what was going on in my life and I had to have the pager and a phone at all times. After 15 years of non stop interrupted sleep, many 24 hour days and constant beeping from the pager I finally crashed and burned out and couldn't do it anymore. It would have been great if the salary reflected the hours but as salaries go it was standard IT pay. I left the job and still have anxiety whenever my phone rings or I get a text message as it brings it all back and not in a good way. I choose to work that hard no one forced me but I must say I don't think the technological anxiety will ever go away.

If u wanna get out of sleep paralysis u can take deep breaths or moving a small part of your body(if possible) or forcing intense bodily movements
