Hey Meni, I'm planning on adding at least one boxing day to my schedule or maybe a few minutes before my workouts which will be now Monday- Muscle ups Tuesday- Bodyweight legs (Emom or tabata) Wednesday- Boxing Thursday- bodyweight legs Friday- Muscle Ups again I'm not training to be a fighter but I want to maintain my boxing skills while building muscle etc with my calisthenics routine (which I'm achieving it) Does it looks good?

Very true on the confidence aspect. Back in 2021, I started suffering from full-blown panic attacks, at 41 years old. They came out of nowhere, and were tough to manage. Dealt with that for about 2 years. In 2023, a boxing gym opened up in my town. Have been going there for slightly over a year now. ....Have not had a single attack during this time. It turns out that hitting things and occasionally getting punched in the face helps you worry less about the small stuff!

12 rounds everyday. Legs/Abs/Run or Stairs every other day. MWF - full body compound movements with weights Sun - Strength and Conditioning. Spar at least once per week. Saturday -stretch/rest/walk I commit 2 hours daily to my workout. I have a boxing coach I dont care about aesthetics. Im 34. It may seem like a lot, but I barely go out or touch alcohol, so I feel like its really manageable. Ive been doing this for 2 years. I love to box, and im 5'6 140 lbs. since im small I figured I should get my hands right, and its been an awesome and fulfilling journey. I do a little kickboxing and intend on incorporating a little more of it to my boxing training. Also so elbows and knees. But the art of boxing isn't lost on me, im in it for the Long haul.
Hello bro! Just discovered this video. I do 5 days a week kickboxing (in the evenings) and 3 days of full body workouts (in the morning). My goal is to learn kickboxing (im just a beginner) while having a good aesthetic physique. Is my routine aligned to my goal?? Consider this - i am kind of skinny guy rn, and i dont want to get more skinny but i dont want to bulk up like a weightlifter

Hitting the gym and building the muscle and strength on top of the fighting skill enhances that aura even further. If you can bench over 315, squat over 405, and have considerable experience in boxing, your confidence level and mindset just change. When you know you can put 90% of dudes you come across on their back, it's just a different feeling... And when guys who have bullied you come across you and just somehow know they're now at your mercy, it's one of the best feelings in the world.

How old were when you began learning to fight? I'm 32 and just entered boxing but I've been shadow boxing my whole life and have been obsessed with fighting and watched hundreds of thousands of hours on the sport. I just figure if there's others out there beginning fresh in their 30's I don't have feel so strange about it.

@@Aristomenis93 Right on, thanks! I thought I was in my prime at 27-28 but at 32 I feel way better. I think living a consistent healthy lifestyle all trough your years pays off when you get older for sure.

I have to say, your a natural man. Ive been boxing and kickboxing for 5 years and your rate of improving has to be one of the best I've ever seen. The best fighters are usually smart, you sir definitely used your brain
I train Muay Thai and the biggest difference I can note is definitely confidence. Knowing I can defend myself, knowing I'm doing something other people look at with fear or awe. I used to carry a knife on me at all times in case something comes up but since I started training I no longer feel the need to. As you said, you start to walk with more of a swagger and start to be more outgoing than you usually would be.
