    Walked out on my dayjob today. They were playing “music” that openly glorified racially motivated violence. The volume itself was abusive, the message was openly hate speech with a high-hat and some auto-tone. The coworkers were baffled that I was offended. Sometimes I think the music executives and record labels are intentionally lowering the bar.
    People buy what they are sold.

    I listen to Surah ar Rahman from time to time. It’s very inspiring and mood lifting. I’m not Muslim but I like so much what religion preaches.

    peace be upon you brother. I stopped making music and audio engineering for people about 6 months ago. I felt unstable listening to music especially the contents they have nowadays full of garbage which doesn't reflect my life. I also felt my memory was being ruined as the lyrics or tune will be playing in my head. The best thing I've done is drop the music, feel better spiritually and my memory feels more stable Alhamdulillah

    Wow, an interesting video and I didn't even know about the 432 hertz fact, definitely trying it out from now!
    Speaking of how music changes your mood, I've heard of how 808 drums (used in a lot of trap and drill - a proper bass-booster) subconsciously moves us towards aggression.

    • @Chris-zx1ez
      @Chris-zx1ez Před 7 měsíci +6

      It sounds similar to war drums, used by armies of the middle ages before battle. Might be on to something there.

      @@Chris-zx1ez It's clear that music has a much greater effect on our subconscious than we realise.

    Thank you I was not aware that “they” changed music to 432 hertz. strange indeed I’m starting to agree with Islam more and more as the days go on. Thank you for making this video as always maybe a morning routine soon? Keep up the great work.

    Title and Thumbnail are ON POINT. Literally Perfect.
    Just a piece of advice: The introduction shouldn't be this long. Maybe try a short, attention-calling 5-10 second intro.
    Example for this video: "THE MUSIC YOU'RE LISTENING TO IS RUINING YOUR LIFE. HERE'S WHY" (semi-screaming)
    The rest of the video doesn't need to be this rushed or intense, as you've already captured the viewer's attention and they already have an unanswered quenstion they're invested into
    MrBeast is an adept of this strategy, for example, and it works incredibly for him.

      I don't know. Personally I don't feel Meni should implement this style, since his content (and audience) differs a lot from MrBeast's. This is exactly what makes him unique, his non rushed and well spoken type of videos. Not sensory overloading us in the fight for our attention, just providing great value..

    • @consize
      @consize Před 7 měsíci

      @@mathijsandries6159 the thing is that, objectively thinking about this, he probably wants to get as much reward for his work as possible. Him providing the GREAT value he does isn't as profitable as providing the great value AND getting most viewer's attention

    Tbh music massively reduces your attention span, it’s like how shorts affect your attention span, you can literally feel it in people who listen to music, the more they are addicted to music the more the more clearly you can see how fried their brains are

    You know this is why Islam made music forbidden, I believe it’s because it’s a form of intoxication. Makes you go into some what of a delusional state. Interesting how music can influence behavior. Best to stick to Andrew Tate podcasts.
