True. The sweet spot would be a helmet that weighs slightly more than the tsg....and I mean very slightly...but have all the major crash ratings for a helmet that can be applied. One day maybe.

Oh yeah this year the Exway team was comprised of the Canadian pro team with a a few guys from US, one guy from Australia and one guy from the UK, next year the Canadian team will be there again for sure. Unfortunately no...was the commander mini. Was just locked in really well bc of the Clark biopads.

The first one to show up was the firetruck and the second one behind it...if you look at the bottom left...is the actual ambulance that took over. They both showed up right at the same time. Usually...firetrucks have their firefighters trained in first aid...then usually the ambulance takes over from there. Have had numerous accidents where both show up.

I would highly agree. I average a good accident like this a year. 🤙🤣 Last yr was getting hit by that car...which the court case finally settled this month. 8 months later. Year before...I fell off my nikole during speed wobbles and broke a finger... Year before that...My neighbor pulled out in front of me with their car not looking. Using alot of my 9 lives it seems. 😆

I think this was due to a bunch of construction around a block away from esk8con in Vegas. You are right through..S. F. has a bunch of glass and garbage on the ground.

Yup...Only downfall with Clark biopads. When you have to bail....they really lock you in....and can sometimes just take you with. On the other hand....I was slowing down from 25 mph or so when it happened. The wheel just went flat soo fast ..there was no way to know it would do an abrupt 90 degree turn and nosedive.

Yup. Good points. In S.F. there are sooo many uber and lyft drivers....every car that pulls over...you automatically assume it is one of those and just keep driving. If you slowed down for every car that slightly pulled over on the road....would never get anywhere. People also love to double park on the bikepath and let people out there too. So...usually the road is the safest bet...other than this instance. I ride with just a gopro...or if I don't have that...insta 360. 360 camera on the top of your helmet is ideal....bc then you can have a complete full 360 view of your surroundings. 🤙👍 Ride safe..hopefully pic up a camera soon. They really help in these instances.

@AvCluB415 I generally do a slow creep if I have to pass a car with my foot on the brakes in case the car does anything funny. My rule is to always look at the tires of the car. If the tire creeps too close to the lines or if the front tires give any indication of turning edging too close to the painted lines then danger lights starts going in my head. I have a go pro 11. Hate to have another piece of contraption to attach to my helmet lol

@vtran1082 The gopro 11 will work just fine. Just as long as you have at least one camera running. Just cuts down on the back and forth when you have video evidence.

Definitely DO the races next year! I haven't esk8ed in a few years...mainly bc my euc and onyx rcr take up alot of my riding...but...I may get a powerful board....just for these races.
