Gorgeous, but unfortunately it lacks a bit of privacy The property seems rather small for the price but this is also in the heart of Ajijic. So not too many properties are massive. The garage does seem it could fit more than 2 cars though. To me this home feels more of a 900k listing. Nice video Rich 👍.

Great information. Once you obtain the "Visa Temporal", are you forced to live/stay in Mexico for 180 days each year? Or can you stay 3 months, leave, and then, come back after 6 months and so forth.
