Rich Varney is by far the best and most competent Realtor in this area. He is the only one who will consistently show you the details: price, sq. ft. of property, sq. ft. of the house, how many rooms etc. No other realtor does this. Some realtors are so cool, they don't even let you make comments or ask questions under their video. No, you have to call them or email them to find out the price and size. I guess if you live overseas, you just have to stay up all night to get a few questions answered if you are looking at several houses. I doubt anyone does that. It's too much easier to look for a property that does list the price and size. I think what realtors like that are saying to buyers, "Well, I might sell it to you when you get to town and show me how interested you are". Don't waste your time. Work with Rich. Working with a lazy realtor is agonizing.

Real estate prices in Ajijic México are intentionally not supposed to be similar to those of Southern California but sadly enough foreigners have made it impossible for locals to compete in their own country for real estate.
There is nothing beautiful about what us being show on this video based on it's location (a small Mexican town).
Other than that you are a very good agent!!

This "small Mexican town" is right outside Mexico's second largest city. There is a tremendous amount of money and plenty of rich people in Guadalajara with it's almost 6 million people. Why should Mexico be "poor" just because it is Mexico?

@@RetireInLakeChapala locals can't afford those homes. Maybe in the past they could.
