Been doing the rolled towel for decades before any doctor mentioned it to me. I had a small bone shaped pillow that I wore out and that's when I switched to a towel. It's easier to keep clean and fresh.I sleep so good with it. Many of the neck rolls made today are too big and knock your neck out of whack.

Yes, I have spent hundreds on pillows trying to find one that doesn't hurt my neck and allows me to sleep. Have less curvature than normal.

I have such a hard time getting deep sleep😢i only get 20 to 40 minutes of deep sleep a night

I’ve never heard of this mattress before but there was an ad on Instagram talking about another mattress. In the comments someone brought up this mattress. I hear what you’re saying about the cooling but what about warmth? What’s it like in the winter?

The towel roll seems to work for most! There are so many pillows on the market...the only thing I can say is: try different ones... I myself don't really like most memory foams, the Arc4life Traction Pillow is Fiber.

This WOULD be perfect, IF you didn't have that point under your knees. That can create a pressure point, possibly resulting in numbness or pain. Better to use a half round.

Dan Simmons 1 hour ago As a traction device, I just don't think this works. It has material sides which limits the vertical expansion. After using mine for a week or so, It didn't seem to be doing much. So I measured the height of the wall on the sides when deflated and then measured at full inflation. There is only 10mm difference. Very comfortable and well built but it just doesn't seem to be able to exert much pressure for traction. Just my 2 cents worth!

Thank you for the demo! I just got one identical to that, and I could not figure out how to strap my head into that thing. LOL Now I see that it's not for my head, it's for my chin!! Hah hah!!! I'm sure if someone was video recording me it must have looked pretty damn funny! Okay, so NOW I know that it's for my chin and the other part is for my head. I CAN NOT WAIT to try this thing!!! Fingers are crossed and prayers have been spoken, now I just need to see a miracle happen. That pinched nerve is so painful (in my neck, but it causes pain to my shoulders, arms and. fingers). Oh my God this has to work of I'm doomed. Can't wait. I hope to remember to come back here afterwards and say how it went. Here we go....

Chiropractors are not doctors they don't have a medical degree!! but they think they are doctors ( practice with hands) is what chiropractor means! but they can surely take your money for a mickey mouse treatment thats not effective at all.
