Another option just a suggestion is to build a closure like the grain bin around the pool to secure it. That way it can't move and it's more secure and sturdy.

Get the cover that can go on top of the pool, so you won't have to worry about cleaning it from all the leaves and rain. Why overwork yourselves with cleaning the pool when you can avoid a lot of that unless you have too and it's no way around having to clean it. Just a suggestion.
