    every time you eat, your glucose spikes. that’s normal and happens in everyone… the problem only becomes when it never goes down and according to her chart it very much does go down. is she saying she has mental health episodes because of food?? I’m skeptical, especially since all the reasoning begins with “maybe”

    Thanks to my CGM and Levels I was able to figure out that a glucomannan supplement was causing my sudden spikes. Looking at the tiny print ingredients, I discovered that the main ingredient of the capsules was rice flour!

    I took something called OMAD ( just one way of eating - not a diet ) and I lost 18 kgs / 39 lbs. I felt so good on it - I ended up doing it for 7 years. I only stopped because I ramped up weight training and wanted to re-sculpt my body.

    Tri 1.0 ApoB 1.05 ApoA 13 Total 6.57 Hdl 1.61 Non Hdl 4.96 LDL 4.57 I can't calculate and make sense of this. My doctor wouldn't explain. He just said in 3 months he'll put me on statins. Please help. Is the TRI good? Other? Thank you anyone. 🙏💐.

      Med student here, I’m assuming you are a woman since lipid profiles differ by gender. Your ApoB, ApoA and Triglycerides is around a healthy range. However, your Hdl is seriously too low compared to LDL. I think diet change (more fiber and omega 3) and exercise would be more appropriate than statins. Take some b vitamin supplement (from b1 to b12) to help your liver break down the excess fat (since low hdl is usually a sign of fat in the liver).

      @razorgenshin7265 Hello, thank you. You're right I'm now taking EPA omega 3, and will increase Fibre. The result page daid Hdl is best over 1.30. I got a 1.61. What's a target number? I take amlodipine 5mg and want to lower to 2.5mg., then take red yeast rice + Coq10. What do you think?

      HDL: 48, LDL 652, Tri's 107 so ratio a bit over 2:1. white blood cells 7.0 in mid range, liver panel all low/mid range. I had been 390 total a few years ago, didn't baseline last year when I started ultra low carb/carnivore, seems my numbers skyrocket when I lose weight and go low carb/high fat. don't drink anything but water. excercise 4-6 days per week age 55, height 6 foot 4, weight 197. going for cardiac CTA tomorrow to see if I'm blocking.

      @@razorgenshin7265 yeah that bothers me. i'd say a good portion of it is grass-fed ground beef, but not all. maybe 30-40% of it is. not easy to get grass fed all the time. I'm not on coQ10 yet but might start that up to see how it helps. problem is tinkering with too many variables at once and it's not like I have a blood lab at my disposal outside of daily glucose/keto meter lol. thanks for your reply!

    The liver fat can be seen with a scan. I know I just had one! Told me I had signs of fatty liver. I had a squeezed lemon and 2 tblspns of apple cider vinegar and black tea mixed this morning. Bitter for the liver! I will see if it helps any next test.

    You don't wanna eat Synthetically artificially grown salmon Fish ever. Unless The farm Put the label On the salmon Divulging Everything That was used to grow that fish. yes he heard me right. but That'll never happen Because The salmon industry is corrupt . you mean you want the farmer To divulge all the chemicals that have been used to grow the fish. yes people. it's not very hard to put AQR freaking code On a salmon. But if you did that everybody would know what the farmer used chemical wise to grow that fish. then no one with a brain in their head would buy it And eat it. they might wanna feed it to their pet cat dog food.. You see it's real easy to pass a wall requiring all food manufacturers for human consumption To put a big huge label on the package divulging all the ammonium nitrate fertilizer. synthetic oil based petroleum pesticide. all the petroleum based fungicide. all the petroleum based synthetic weed killers pre emergence. I know you don't know what a pre emerging is. It's a chemical that stops seeds from growing In farmer soil. It's a nasty chemical. But the farmer won't charge the extra for that at the grocery store Trustee. Because he wants you sick and then the doctor's office. because you cannot make any money stacked the cash in your bank account if everybody's healthy. are you getting the picture now.
