I might try this recipe one day since I'm fine with onion powder, but not chunks of onion. I do have one question though: Is each stock cube equivalent to one teaspoon? Because I have beef boullion powder, not cubes.

Made these yesterday... they came out perfect. I kneaded the dough for 7 minutes in a stand mixer. The dough yielded 14 buns.. and I divided the dough by weight at 102 grams per bun. Thank you for the video.
