As someone who is considering switching from a Leon Cupra to an M140i, thanks for this useful video and the one going through the infotainment. I notice you have apple car play, was that standard? I use Android auto and I'm confused if it's standard, optional or if I would need an MMI type box.

If, like me, you have your albums and playlists in windows folders, get yourself a programme that you create an M3u/playlist cue file and stick one in each folder. You can then search 'playlists' and will show up as folders. That`s on my 2017 idrive 6.

Adaptive suspension sounds cool, but as I'm used to driving classic non-PAS cars, it doesn't bother me one bit!

Such a beautiful car... I remember my first time seeing one outside of video games was an old TG episode in the early 2000's when I was a kid. Hearing that 6 scream through the TV even then sent chills down my spine. As an American, I have only ever seen 2 or 3 in the flesh.

I really like mine but can't say I LOVE it (then again, my last car was an engaging driver's car). My primary issue with it is the steering. It is extremely light at all times, even when i'm pushing the car and it takes very large steering inputs to get it to turn in how you want it to (anti lift kit helped a bit but was not a dramatic improvement).

Wonder if you could answer a question, I'm buying an m140i and want one with adaptive suspension. Is it possible to have adaptive suspension without the suspension button on the centre console behind the mode button? Loads of adverts list them for sale with adaptive suspension even though they don't have that suspension button.
