Leaving the gun out in plain site is not concealed by definition. Concealed means Concealed. Last thing you want to do is start hiding it when being stoped by a LEO. Bad advise, but you do you.
Came here for support, my agency lets us shoot for a few hours every month with our instructors, normally I do pretty well. Today I shot like crap. Is that normal? I mean I would Have still passed a blea qualification, but I was making mistakes like they had become habits. I anticipated a few shots, had some crummy malfunction clearances and some reloads made it look like it was my first time shooting a pistol😂 someone tell me it’s normal to have a bad day at the range

I still have the gen 1 4.25" with the beaver tail. I dropped an Apex trigger in it, put Dawson sights on it, and wrapped the grip with sandpaper tape. It's an ungodly mess but it shoots great.
One major criticism and you are not alone. Why is it that whoever is editing your video displays the on screen text as a speed reading test? It’s perfectly acceptable to view and follow what you are saying while giving us time to read the specs of the drill. If the objective is only to watch you shoot without us learning anything about the drill, then the editor achieve the objective. You are better than this!

Focus on the skills it takes to shoot well, and not gimmicky patch standards.
I just went to one of his courses last weekend. New shooter. I couldn’t even do it. Nice to know you struggled at one point and now it’s easy for you.

I went to his course last August. At that time I couldn’t get any of the times or get all hits. I actually didn’t do great in his class either. But I learned a TON. Today I can do the black belt standards pretty easily. At this point I’m just trying to hit PR’s on the standards. You’ll definitely get there. Take all that you learned from his class and you’ll be a great shooter.
Come up with a HC BELT standards and see if modern samurai can do it. Or anyone for that matter. 🔥🔥🔥

Love my equalizer. Have had it since it came out. Besides the three mags that it came with they gave me a coupon for 3 more mags. It fits me nice, conceals nice, all around good gun for people on a budget.
