I haven't read the light novels myself, but I've heard that Sylvie originally scolds Morn is that scene by telling her to, "Shut Up." Whether it's because Sylvie didn't believe in what Norn was saying or that Norn was making decisions on her behalf, I'm not sure. I figured they would take out the profanity, of course.

If I'm not mistaken Lilia came on to Paul not the other way around, she was horny and Paul wasn't getting any with Zenith pregnant so she made the move. Roxy's actions were similar in that Rudy didn't go after her, she made the first move. Partly to cheer him up and partly for her own sake. Sure Rudy broke faith (though it all turned out good in the end) but like father like son neither initiated the action. They also both needed an outside force to help resolve the situation, Rudy made Zenith and Lilia work by forcing Paul to take the blame, Elinalise convinced Rudy to accept Roxy. With Zenith and Lillia had the situation not been resolved then Lillia would have suffered greatly, had Sylphy said no then Roxy and Rudy would have hurt (though not as much). The parallels are quite impressive.

She knew as soon as she saw Roxy. That is not a conversation I would want to have with my wife and nor would I want her to have with me. It worked out for him I guess.

I love this episode. I wanted Sylphie to get angry but that's because I didn't expect Aisha and Norn to be here. I just wanted reality of what he did thrown into his face which is exactly what Norn delivered. There is so many things I like about this episode. It was brilliant how they haven't shown Sylphie's face since Rudy's confession until she herself started talking, it created that sense of anxiety about what she thinks of it. Other thing was when Norn screamed "Millis would never allow taking two wives", as she said that camera showed Aisha. It was super fucked up for her to say in front of Aisha so I'm glad she was called out later. Faces Rudy and Norn did when Sylphie said she expected it was matter of time until he brings another woman were hilarious. Rudy looked like he couldn't believe Sylphie would suspect him of cheating but Norn's face were saying "But you actually did tho" XD Also it was very funny that Norn and Rudy had exactly the same expression on their faces after Sylphie said that it's alright. They might have been screaming at each other just a second ago but they are still siblings. Another thing I loved about this episode were parallels it had with episode where Paul cheating is discovered. I noticed two things, it's not a lot but I believe they are not accidental. When Norn started going after Roxy Rudy tried to intervene but she screamed at him to shut up the same way as Zenith screamed at Paul to shut up when he tried to say something when she was talking with Lilia. Second thing I noticed is that in Paul episode right after the talk there was scene with sword training between Rudy and Paul, in current episode right after the talk there was sword training between Norn and Rudy.

This season was outstanding the development of Rudy is nothing short of remarkable

I did not have too muh problem with the previous episodes but the last episode was insufferable.

Norn i know she was grieving but she just went off on Roxy and rudy. We have her grandma to thank. But best part of this series is the fact that slyphie proves why she is that girl. My only peeve ( disclaimer its not that serious) she called Rudy a perv ... Excuse me but have we forgotten that talk with the princess and how you wanted Rudy to put babies in you? Your the last one to talk slyphie

It is funny. This is the first harum anime (and you have to admit it has those vibes) that is absolutely serious about its subject matter. Most harums I've watched play for laughs. This one plays it serious, showing us a world where a second or third wife isn't blasphemous and where it can be quite equitable. I am curious to see how this will go when and if we get the return of Eris. PS: The voice actor playing Norm outdid her self in this episode. Her full throated crying is so genuine and real. Also seeing Sylphie so mature in the situation is actually quite impressive. Even Rudy's mom was deeply hurt in much the way Norn was. Because Norm is deeply hurt. Rudy's actions tarnished her brother in her eyes though once she gains perspective that seemingly ends. The series is really about real humans which is why it works so well.

That is why the Kaylons failed in the Orville, They think killing a human who stop the others from revolving and that would prove wrong even after one of their members that lived among humans told them not to because he knows what will happen.

I shed some tears in the ending scene with Rudeus before Paul's grave then the illustration of Paul holding kid Rudeus. Mushoku Tensei is not just one of my favorite Isekai but rather one of my favorite anime periode. I'm eagerly waiting for season 3. Thankfully its production is officialised

Whether or not Hitogami was completely lying or not is an answer yet to come 👀 but let's just say Rudy isn't free and clear just because Sylphie accepted Roxy. This was still the calm before the storm. There is plenty of suffering incoming 👀 in Mushoku Tensei, no good deed goes unpunished, and Rudy will have to learn that

The things I didn't like between the end of last episode and this episode was how Rudy timed everything. First asking Sylphy first before taking a second wife, thank God Roxy made talked sense. Next was dropping the 2nd wife bomb after the heavy Paul is dead and zenith is a cabbage with no time breathe mentally. Even though Sylphy was open to Rudy taking concubines before this, Norn was spittin' nothing but facts.

what a season finale our hero the polygamy has beaten the villian of this season the horrendous monogamy you can suck it Millis!!!! and a third season confirmed!!!! and my boy Rudy has to go for that third sword, he hast to sarted to watch tutorials of my boy Zoro, from here on we have to catch them all, let's gooooo

This was such a good finale. While there were some ups and downs for Rudy. Rudy is moving forward. And he’s got a second wife. So not all things are very bad. If anything it is just a start for Rudy for his new journey.

Anime only here: I’m 1000% sure Man God is a dirtbag Speaks in riddles and is probably making Rudy walk a surtain path, so in an specific moment (important to Man God) he can be a tool in his scheme

also notice that shylphie was wearing blue earrings, a gift from rudy. so I wonder if Roxy is gonna get some emerald pair as well ? I love how this resambles the meating the family had when paul cheated on zenith, and how after that rudy was getting beat up by Paul when training, but now he's getting beating up by his sister XD

And I think Paul was the reason Slyphy came out how she was. He realized how when she was little Rudy was her world everything revolved around him and he knew Rudy was a Greyrat so he did that to prevent the birth of a Yandere by sending her away.

Yea this series is great it’s like James Gunn suicide squad but going into a Isekai world it’s colorful it’s violent and the animation looks great

I despise harem. I hate love triangles. But honestly Rudy is one of my favorite MC, I love him because of his flaws. And in this world Rudy having more than one wife just makes sense. This is his family, and he truly loves them and they love him. Their love is so real and strong, I have no problem with it.

Rudy got more character development than Twitter users 😂

That episode it had mixed emotions of sadness and happiness also that ending song was pitch perfect when Rudy was talking to his dad at the graveyard.
