I'm not a card reader so I can't read the cards; I can only go by logic and I have the following that doesn't make sense to me: Let's say it was a homicide: Husband - I just don't see it also he has a strong alibi Husband got someone to do it for him: that person wouldn't just push her down the steps and leave it to chance if she would die or not. They would make sure she's dead by shooting, stabbing, strangulation. If it was an accident: - someone pushes her and she falls: it's fairly certain that whatever happened, happened while she was on the phone. She sounded normal, no one is in the background yelling or fighting with her. - She trips and falls: the chair and the phone are just too far from the opening to the basement, it's technically impossible that she would trip where the phone and the chair are and would fall into the basement. I Googled the crime scene photos. She would have to be mumbling drunk for this to be even remotely possible. She was coherent during the convo with the husband and was no alcohol in her system. I feel like one of two things happened. She got a headache so bad she was stumbling through the house and ended up falling into the basement stairs. OR There were intruders who snuck up and attacked her while she was on the phone with her husband. The broken phone near the kitchen table and turned over chair doesn’t fit well with theory one. Maybe after they hung up the phone on the husband she was struggling and fell down the steps or escaped to the basement and fell. It is so weird there isn’t any DNA anywhere else in the house. She did have drugs in her system, marijuana which husband said she’d use for migraines. But they couldn’t tell how much due to how long it had been until she was discovered. Oh my, I used to live in Livermore from 1994-2003. The campground/reservoir you mentioned is Del Valle. We used to camp with my husband's side of the family there every year.
