These brushes "Sketch v2" are great! I was quite happy with Krita standard brushes, but... They all are kinda too sharp for my sloppy hands, so I always wanted something more soft, for loose scribble sketching. And this is right what I wanted. Textured, soft, tilting, pressure sensitive... On textured canvas it feels so AMAZING! Much love to all Krita team❤ Also much thanks for not just technical tutorials, but also basic art stuff like gesture drawing!

They don't know they helped me so much , I was about to give up .

Krita is nice but it is completely useless in linux because barrel rotation doesn't work in linux

Can anyone tell me how to make that paper like background in Krita ? I want to do drawing by " pencil " and I wonder how to make back look like that paper at 5:56. Edit - I see You made a layer called papper. I found out Your other vid on pencils and creating graphite background :) Also thank You for tools , pdf - Your work. I'm wondering what tablet should I buy for start - to connect it by usb to my PC. I look for cheap/medium price drawing thingy - newer done this before. I need it for thumbnail creation and drawings for my NL and drawings.

I was frustrated in the beginning because of the deep learning curve it had, but now 5+ years later, it's everything to me in digital art. The pop-up palette, customizable dockers, time-lapses, layer styles, the brush engine........ thank you THANK YOU for this beautiful program and all the art that gets created because of it!!

Theirs problem happing with importing animation videos where importing an animation video just doesn’t import the video and just gives you a blank white screen

Happy Anniversary!! I´m happy and proud at how far Krita has come. I myself use Krita since the beginning of my digital art era :D As a broke student with no income Krita opened a new door for me and allowed me to create artworks without needing to pay, which I´m very grateful for. I wish that I can one day pay back my gratitude and donate <3

Happy Krrita 25h Anniversary, I have a question, in the future will you change the krita interface to something more modern? For example eliminating some lines or borders in the popup windows or the application itself.

Does this mean will get a 3D pianting solfware in a update release for krita anniversary soon in the future I really don’t like adobe or substance my Zbrush subscription is going to expire soon I have blenders I will mostly do my sculpture on blender if Zbrush is not working so and i use my iPad for Nomed sculpt and export to my computer from the tablet so I really hope is happening

Long live Krita! The version I started with had some limitations but current brush editor is awesome. I also like reference image dropping, UI features and also the fact that painting in Krita feels fast and responsive. unlike certain adobe product

Thank you for this spirit... I am always touched by all these people who (IMHO) create such programs out of idealism and make them available to mankind. And no, I did not know, that Krita means crayon.
