The only problem with yauchting is that it’s not a job u wanna be doing your whole life it’s fun when you’re young.

I’m simple and like lettuce, tomato, beetroot and red onion. The crew seems spoilt when it comes to the food you cook for them. I know it’s your job, but they are eating almost as well as the guests lol

Seems to me that even the crew on board, certainly enjoy a breakfast daily of a far different level to most of us "landlubbers" snatching a piece of toast, juice if we are lucky and half a mug of coffee. I am sure that the rest of the meals are of a similar standard. But then they do not have lengthy, crowded and often expensive, commutes to deal with, either. Downsides, being away from loved ones for extended periods, limited and often shared accommodation with little privacy. Also quite limited "Time off/leisure time" for most crew. They are there to Work, whilst guests simply enjoy themselves in supreme comfort...

Every time i watch these videos i get a hankering for the whole "foodie" experience. It would be great (although very difficult to arrange) to see an interview with a charter client detailing their high points of the charter, along with what they didnt love for whatever reason. I liked Tilly's galley because it was spacious but they were all finished in stainless steel-which is a lot of work. I would like to see a galley in all white. I think windows are a necessity. But as usual that was fun. Thank you. I think your galley on Loon was spacious and looked like it accommodated two chef's easily at the same time.

Everything looked so good and the choices were awesome. I like the idea of pushing a breakfast special which must be the Chief Stewards job. All the guests must gain a lot of weight onboard. Another educational video. Thank You.
