What a wonderful video. Different than life on a Superyacht, but with all the dramatic drone and video shots we come for. Visiting the shops, filling a couple bags, not a line of trollies (carts) the same preparations showing what you do, without obnoxious chatter, a simple list of what in it. Your upbeat chearfulness, simple but very classy wear, in a t shirt and shorts, or evening wear with guests you always look sharp. You have a way with your assembly and contrasting flavors, bright colors and Superyacht quality for a (hardly) simple meal with fam and friends. We are here for who you are and what you do (so well). We can see with the right attitude, a life catering to the super rich can also be done in your mum's home with friends.

There are no dishes in this beautiful lunch that I would ever have thought of making. And there are none that aren’t making me wish I was sitting down at that wonderful table to lunch with you. It looks like heaven on a stick. Your presentation skills are excellent. I notice you resist the temptation to plate the food with your face 2cm from the plate so you are breathing all over the food (as is the habit of some celebrity chefs on tv) and I also notice you resist the temptation to tell your guests that this is elite cuisine by giving them large plates, with tiny little portions stacked up in the centre in a preposterous tower with a colourful sauce drizzled around the otherwise barren plate. Looks simply WONDERFUL!!!
