A fire attack scenario utilizing a reverse lay with 2 hose lines of a minimum of 300’ each capable of a total flow of 500gpm are hooked into a sprinkler/standpipe siamese within 3 1/2 minutes from start of evolution. Engine shall be permitted to charge the initial supply line with tank water. A supply line hose shall be used between engine and the hydrant.

Establish a portable master stream attack utilizing 300’ of supply hose. A minimum of 500 GPM must be flowing from nozzle. Tank water may be used until the hydrant supply is established. A maximum of 10 seconds of interruption in flow is allowed during transfer from tank water to hydrant.

Placing an initial attack line of 200' and back-up line of 200’ into service and flowing a min. of 300 gpm using two apparatuses. A reverse lay from the second arriving unit using 5" hose to a water supply (300’ away) shall be used. The objective is to complete the evolution in under 4:00.
