Danaerys should have used her dragon to take out soldiers, towers and fortifications and then her dragon's fire ignites Wildfire caches and that causes massive civilian casualties. And when Jon confronts her about it she rationalizes it as part of war and angrily says "If I need to burn them all, I will!"

Catelyn could have loved Jon. She was still an idiot and a monster. Zero redemption

Lesson to the Blackfyres: If you ever see a 7ft himbo with shy mannerisms who can’t read and it described by terms of architecture run for your fucking life.

This stuff is so good, but one thing that hits me like nails on a chalkboard is these little details like "for it was there, thousands of years ago, that a cataclysmic event occured" The Doom of Valyria was 400 years ago dude. You even confirm that exact time at the end mentioning the Targaryens moving 100 years ago to Dragonstone if the viewer knows what year AC it is when the show takes place. You're not Elrond talking about events so long before the current story that you can wing it. The specific dates in this story matter, in-universe suspicions about the oral histories overestimating the length of time for other events matter This tiny lazy scripting in a great video is the start of a road that leads to a reveal of the White Walker origins that literally can't work chronologically without tossing out everything else in the lore and then never addressing it. And then realizing it had gathered so many tiny dents that never addressing it becomes dropping the entire spinal cord of the plot off a cliff.

All I've got to say is this... George R.R. Martin has a helluva imagination! Just think about it..., he didn't just write a book or two w a couple dozen characters, he created hundreds upon hundreds of backstories, characters, circumstances, histories, legends, lore, etc.., everything from what his modern cast look and act like all the way to their ancestors and their histories, etc. The man is truly talented and gifted, he deserves all the praise and rewards that come along w all the fame that his books and series have brought him.

Viserys sounds smart here but in the series he sounds like an unknowing cruel fool. I mean the kind of empathy in his voice at 47:00 is nowhere in the Series.

Is this all of it? The histories & lores are usually over an hour long! Thank you all the same for posting it but what are they thinking! History & lore is better than the actual show sometimes. And most of this has already been covered in other histories & lore
