Tip for those that are importing OBJ into blender: Press and hold Ctrl key and select every OBJ file, it's better and faster than going back n forth

I’m trying to do this on an animation but every time I set the influence to zero the object I’m trying to have my character hold moves back to a completely different part of the animation. Even if I set key frames closer it still does this. Does anyone know the work around?
