Good day, I'm soooo mad at you guys lol. I was an avid listener of Sadza with Chips. When it ended I was in limbo, re-listening to old episodes for about a year. I just assumed you guys were out of the podcast game, I even spot listening to podcasts for a while. Then, today (after watching this video) I type ""Hona Africa" into Apple podcast and find 20 Years. All that to say: Glad to have you guys back! That podcast limbo was rough. It's like your favorite TV show getting canceled and you just don't know what to do with yourself lol.

Grief is a rollercoaster and every part of being human
A superb piece that captures the many facets of grief and how it totally upends life. You want to move on but you feel stuck, yet that feeling of being stuck feels strangely comforting because it feels like you have a part of them there with you. Everyone looking at you funny for "being okay", only for them to rush to tell you to "be okay" on the days you wake up a wreck.
“Learning to breathe again” the hardest part of living with grief for me. Thank you Hona Africa for putting a lot of this into words for me.
For me being able to put words to your grief is the beginning of “breathing again”. Good piece 😊
