Several things here: this dude was mentally unstable let’s have a look at some things The pink room in the attic was made and completed. Probably as a ASSULT room you know which one. The lock was placed on it and the boards were placed down and no access made on purpose. The boards were retracted when he left. The room was blocked by the shelves and hidden from plain sight. The shelves were knocked over in your storm because the victim in that room always wanted her prison discovered she wants those dang things gone. A lot of the tape recordings are of the news reporters he was stalking so he had their voices. Not all recording but a lot. The mother could feel the evil within this house but could not discover it. But she could surround herself with God as you see she did in her room. Not sure on this next one but maybe The beds everywhere seemed like they were for her to lay anywhere she needed to rest but for him a fantasy perversions. Just what type remains hidden in the films and tapes I believe. The house is ripe in the spirit of the girl in the attic room and perhaps more. You can watch this footage and feel her begging to be discovered

What never made sense to me is why don't they take these old buildings, fix them up, and use them as homeless shelters. You make jobs for people to staff them and give the people who already live there better conditions to sleep in

No way would I ever step foot in there. It looks like back in the day it was a nice residence. Lots of fireplaces, high ceilings, and what was once beautiful wood detail throughout. Sad but it should be torn down. Not safe with the mold.
