I did boxing classes for 10 weeks and by the end NONE of my sleeves fit!!! Keeping the arms up for so long = massive delt and bicep hypertrophy. Not for me lol!

For anyone with mental health...unless you have money you won't get help ..I love Nikki and how transparent she is. Better help us not cheap. So I struggle alone and it sucks. My son does as well and I hate that I can't help him. Mental health is so important, yet you have to pay so much for it. I know because I've been there A LOT. It feels like you have no choice honestly. Pay or die. People don't care like they used to

I'm glad you decided to take the class period and finish it but a lot of people don't realize when they work out they're not doing high-intensity workouts they're just stationary lifting weights are they going to treadmill or a StairMaster but they're not really pushing themselves. I think high intensity workouts like what you did will get you shape quickly end. Will build up your cardiovascular more than just the weight training I would bet 80% of gym goers will not be able to handle a high intense workout based upon them just lifting weights

Nikki!!! I've been watching for YEARS and I'm an F45 coach!!!! So thrilled to see you try and crushing it. Wednesdays are the hardest cardio of the week. Mondays are SOMETIMES hybrid like Friday. You really need to try a Saturday 60 minute hybrid. F can be really taxing on the hips (leading to low back pain) so be sure to do more warm up/post cool down then they do in class if you go consistently. Enjoy the chaos :)
