Politicians wont solve for the human problem. But scientists can out-smart politicians, weed them out of the system by careful planning and strategy, and replace them with a much more efficient and effective model/set of technologies that will help us govern ourselves.

I'm pretty sure you might have something interesting to say, however your presentation is so slow and ponderous I could barely keep my heart beating. Insofar as I have no idea what you are talking about, my understanding of politicians view of their constituents is we are either tools or enemies. The Human Problem is that we exist, think, are all different, erratic and very hard to control. The solution to this in the past has been repression, slavery, incarceration in labour camps, extermination en masse, Totalitarian Control, terror, torture and murder, prison for normal behaviour and brainwashing of the youth. With AI and genetic engineering the human problem will end one way or another relatively soon. In the meantime, the people have been brainwashed sufficiently that we are castrating boys, don't know what a woman is, 2+2=5, a man can be a woman just by saying so, ad nauseam. These degradation of culture is common at the beginning of civilizational collapse. The collapse this time will be so bad I suspect it will be the end of history, that is, the end of a written record. Unimaginable horror and degradation awaits us. Enjoy the camps! Have fun! Cheers!

I think it’s pretty simple. Majority of these politicians are old. They don’t know the suffering of the common people. Majority of them grew up wealthy and haven’t left their comfy chair / position. In addition, we’ve all seen, especially in recent years how their interest isn’t in the common person, but rather in their own pockets. Furthermore, we’ve also seen that the people who try to make a change are usually involved in “accidents”. In conclusion, the answer is no.
