Not bad but still not completely up to code. At minimum it should be tied into the house at least 4 floor joists deep with steel rod not just lag bolts into the rim joist. Outboard of the deck should be supported with a laminated beam set over top of 6x6 posts. Hurricane ties recommended. Did show stair construction.

It's funny that so called pros did this. I'm not a carpenter, but I know if I was building my own deck it would be better. I would make sure it was perfect. THIS makes it hard to find a pro to build you anything these days

You do want a strong Enough water pressure To push the debris in the opposite air flow direction through the Fine Condenser fence...FYI remove the fan.

Keen quality has gone down hill. Had those form3 months and the soles came off. Keen was a pain to warranty and I gave up and went duck to thorogoods.

Contractor disappears, original investor/owner turns a quick profit on resale, and new owner pushes it down to the tenant with high rents and/or “we’ll get around to fixing the mold” years later (or another pass of the buck to yet another owner to repeat the cycle).

Fin rake costs a few bucks at home depot...have fun doing it. I've done it to my car's radiator before, even take fat-tip electrical tweezers to straighten out the stubborn areas.

at first glance it looks nice... but it is all about the details, not the cosmetics. I would never consider buying a 'flip' for these reasons.
