Can anyone help me how can I find this motor? How it's called? if someone purchased it where did you buy it from and what is the approx price of it?

Mine charges, lights work, can connect bluetooth, everything is fine it just wont play music. Any ideas? It was left in the rain. I have taken it apart but cant find any issues.

Be aware that when you take the top off there are two plastic tabs in the front of the cover that fit into plastic loops of the front portion of the machine. You must push down where the cover meets the front, on the front section, to lower those loops thus freeing the tab and allowing the cover to slip off. If you don't do this and pull hard it will crack those loops. Not the end of the world but if you want to have those loops there so the tabs from the cover can snap into them follow my instructions.

I am testing power supply, What is the out put voltage of power supply is it Ac or DC?. Input side voltage test shows 220VAC, but output side shows zero volts. is that something wrong with it. Physical observations of components on circuit board is clean and firm and no burning sign. Please help if you happen to see my comments, thanks :)

Do you know why the motor does that? I mean I checked mine and it looks good, carbon brusher are fine and the motor is easy to turn.. but I have the 3 red lights flashing every 2 to 3 days..

Don't mess with the batteries and all that 😮 they have replacement battery that's 3500mah that dropped right in 😂

Thanks for the video, this is the exact reason I always go on CZcams when life gives me a technical problem! ;) In our case there was a hard bean that blocked the grinder, the motor could not turn it anymore. Luckily no burnt motor. Cleaned the grinder that it turned free and reassembled it. And now sipping a fresh brew, with much satisfaction!

no water damage happened but one day it stopped working

My grinder works when it has no beens in it and only brews water in at cop. But when it has beens again it stops. Would you say it is the motor that is the problem?

Could it work if I buy a new OEM pack and connect the new wires directly to the old connector? Wouldn't it charge the same?

Is there anyone who knows where the "'empty coffee ground container" light's sensor. My machine lights this error every time I powered it on so I can't use it. I think there must be a faulty sensor that detects that coffe ground continer is full. If anyone knows please let me know.
