The Marine that called 911 pulls up a says that we were being shot at.. California in the 70 we had multiple serial killers running wild not including Manson..

Regarding the West Mesa Killings, Montoya didn't die in prison, He was shot and killed in 2006 by the pimp/boyfriend of a woman he choked to death, after walking out of his home to transport and dump her body. The boyfriend was parked nearby while she was murdered in his home. Montoya did not know he was outside, and was in the process of moving her body when he was confronted and shot.
