The justice system isn't perfect but that doesn't mean we have to overshadow its good side of being efficient. We have to accept what we have and reform it for the public benefit.
That's just because the victims are almost always silenced. Body cameras and office building cameras on all of the public services and employees would be nation changing. The bar association is not on the level of we the people who they are supposed to serve.

They can be used to secure “compliance” from someone - but as in all “use of force” situations, it can be reviewed for reasonableness and elements like threatening or violent behavior are part of that review.

Judge judy acting like this on tv and getting away with it is why all the other judges feel like they can do whatever they want
