My grandpa would buy a whole house just for my mom, wouldn't stop her from living in a car and diving in dumpsters for food/things. Homelessness is so much more than lack of shelter... I don't know Daniel's story, but somebody doesn't live on the street because they lack a shelter, it's a symptom of some other thing going on with their life.
