New Enclosure immediatly goes back to Robo gotta go fast mode so adorable and always good to see the little ones getting better by just having a proper home with everything they need rather then those prisons people put their so called furry friends in with food ,water and a wheel and nothing to play with or chew on. Always wondered what those kinds of people would feel like if someone locked them in a room the size of a prison cell with nothing to do maybe that would teach them to treat pets like they wanna be treated with respect and care.

My rescue hamster came in this and maybe you got a bad one because mine was super secure. That being said, my hamsters in a 75 gallon tank now. Wouldn’t recommend the size.

Chomp's was on her way out the Frontdoor but she was caught before she could escape poor Chomp's deserved a better Home then this artrosity of a Cage I will never understand how People put Hamster, Gerbils and Co in such small Cages 1 of my 2 Hamsters came in a Cage I thought was small but seeing this kinda crap makes that Cage look HUGE in comparison.

I work at Petsmart and we had a really aggressive dwarf hamster that I was trying to work on for a month before she finally got adopted. I told them about her issues and they seemed understanding. I hope they worked things out because they didn't bring her back. P.S. I used mechanic gloves and they didn't get bit through

I have a question I have been put into a classroom at my job that has a hamster. I would like to take her to my house at night and over the weekends. Would this be too stressful for the hamster? If it is cool what would be a good thing to use for transporting her. She has a bigger space in my house but there is not a very big enclosure at the school. Recommendations would be awesome I just want her to be happy and healthy!

I planned carefully for my snake for 2 years, including buying things MONTHS in advance. I got the enclosure in December, the equipment in February, got things set up, did the research, made it clear this is what i wanted. My mom paid for it but i did everything right down to picking out the snake. I paid the deposit and my mom paid the rest of it. That was the plan.

I want to cry for any rats who are living in such a cage 😢 they need plenty of space and vertical space at that. They are big climbers. My two boys loved climbing and playing in the cage. They actually hated coming out of the cage 😅

I hate when people decide to get rid of an animal because "they got another animal." The only situation in which you should rehome an animal due to another animal is if one animal is causing an unsafe environment for the other animal. I decided not to foster cats yet because i got a hamster and his safety is my priority. But i also have a snake and his safety and happiness is just as much a priority as my hanster. I got the snake in May and i still have him. I am going to keep them both and not just give up my snake because i now have a hamster. That's not how you treat an animal. I love them both equally. Also, it's sad that the hammy is 4 months old. For one thing it probably means they've only had him for 2 or 3 months but also, hamsters live only 1 1/2-2 years, so that 3 months could very well be 20% of the hamster's life and could feel like way longer to him than to the humans. Poor hamster.

This is what there needs to be better information and better cages and accesories sold on the market. There are so many hamsters who are misinformed about properly taking care of their hamster or other small animals.

I have two adult female piggies and I bought the 12.5 sq ft (60" x 30") habitat for them. I haven't had any problems with them getting out. The sides are more stable with the top on. I have cats, so I made sure to get the top. Its great! I've had it for a year now.

Anyone who lost a hamster I am sorry for your loss and know how you feel. Lost my beautiful syrian hamster named Roach a year and a half ago. He was my best friend and a very sweet soul. Mine was a long time ago now but I still miss him and think of him so if you recently lost a hamster my biggest virtual hugs to you xx

It makes me mad to see people abuse any animals too. I had a beautiful syrian teddy bear hamster named Roach, he was big for a hamster about the size of my hand. It broke my heart when he got sick and had to let him go to rainbow bridge while at the vets. I know its been a year and a half ago since that time now but I still miss him and love him. I have two girl chinchillas now they are abit like a cross between squirels and rabbits, so yep I feel you as I care and love for small animals as well as I care for the big ones too.

I'm getting a robo soon!
