The UFO phenomenon provides a good cover for this work. Beyond that, I would need to see concrete public physical evidence. Until that happens, I am a firm skeptic.

The most sensible idea I have come across for the emergence of self awareness is that all matter is to some degree conscious. I.e. the stuff of the cosmos is itself awake. I can't remember who said it in recent times, but it's an ancient notion anyway. The universe is alive. Inert matter, however complex the structure cannot give rise to self awareness. Sentience is the product of a sentient self reflecting universe. It's turtles all the way down.

It's not true that commercial jets would just automatically be aware of these military jets training and as the pilots of these videos said, sometimes they use commercial jets as targets as they are running dry so, it's good practice for them. Also, who's to say there were other military aircraft operating in the area? From what I've heard from other military pilots, it's a definite possibility. Also, as far as radar, there are many bugs with these high tech radar systems and they get spoofed also and they have to be maintained and calibrated. It's crazy to think that anything technological is always accurate. It's just a tool in the tool bag. Also, the gimbal camera has also been something of question on what it's looking at when it rotates and changes direction like it does.
