I absolutely love how the garden is coming along. IT is so satisfying to pick and eat what you have frown. Re using cable ties, because they are single use plastic I thought I would say that my husband uses soft wire to tie up this sort of thing in the garden and they can be reused many times.

The cabin is looking great, I love how much love you're putting into it, not one corner has been cut or job made easier for convenience, keep it up and you'll have something spectacular 😁 I built a shoffice (shed/office) and I definitely can't say as much love was put in, but it still stands so I must have cut the right corners 😅😅

Regarding the shower rooms maybe think of moving the Wc away from the cubicle and basin next to the cubicle. One reason is the loo roll will then be able to hang on the Wall to the right of the WC also its more hygienic regarding “splashing” from the pan not going all over the glass in the cubicle. I’m a plumber by trade and I’ve been doing bathroom for nearly 20 years. Reach out if you need help I have a VW crafter so I can be self sufficient whilst giving you guys a hand. X

You could set up a second channel for just the ground maintenance alone! The mowing was soooo satisfying to watch (my OCD thanks you for that!)and I think I need a tracked flail mower in my life!! That thing was a beast!

For future window installations. When using the wedges to hold them square to the frame, orient them so that the mounting screw goes through them. This way, they can't shift at any time.

Why, why, why do some many CZcams "builders" of the amateur kind not know about correct lifting methods? Not with the back, use the legs. Torn rhombus, herniated disks, bulging disks. Poor lifting practices lead to really bad issues when you get older. Trust me, I know. Manual handling is imortant.

John and Emily, the window details. In general it's a good process you have done, but a few details will cause you problems once you move in. I don't want to pull your efforts apart on here,so have you a email address? I will then run through and give you the details and drawings if required to rectify. Preparations are going well for the land drainage, look forward to seeing the progress.

Well done on your progress! A suggestion for the guest bathroom is a bench to sit on after showing, as one neds somewhere to put your stuff so that it doesn't get wet or dirty from the floor.
