This you are talking, no one teaches me any scriptures or texts, I know by experience. I have been observing my mind (Manas, buddhi, ahankar) for a couple of years now. Yes, we can know how the mind works. I know the software of mine. How I use the intellect to operate out there. I don't think everyone can use it at the same level or speed, but it is possible for us as Humans. Engineering, mathematics I see everywhere is ..... It is quite higher than a super computer. But, a lot of work needs to be done to enhance the mind computer. I don't think people will go to search in their own mind in moments of suffering, anxiety and pain without being me, me ,my identity covering everything. I must say if it is not for my Guru, I would have been not able to come back once I crossed the line of mental sanity. We need to take the science of yoga from ancient Bharat and start to study the mind from there. Western culture has studied the mind from ill subjects , so they don't know how a healthy mind is or works. They don't have a way to heal, just to take the problem down with external chemistry. This I am saying is very very important. Modern science won't do to cover or heal the mental illness pandemic we will face soon. Identity, identifications, ahankara. We must leave the word ego aside. Because when we operate well it is us. But when we are a shitty beings then is the Mr ego. No, we are one with all. We must take responsibility. So, what are the identifications we have made from birth... They must go. Persona (person) comes from the Greek world mask. And a mask is something we put over our face to look what we are not. It is time to remove the mask and social masks also. You are doing a wonderful work here. I have to say, I sit down after some months because of your shiva meditation you shared these days. I have left all my sadhana, everything, even the little things that came as part of me were removed. As I don't question the source of creation, I do what is needed. Then, I have realised a couple of days ago, what is the impact of not doing sadhana, how compulsive patterns come back and what is the impact of others and circumstances, ambiance in people who doesn't do any inner work within themselves. It is not I wanted this to happen, but otherwise I would not be able to see what is not. I don't think much of it, but it feels like I went back, 3 years of work were throwing away.
