Great video! Keep in mind, that genny puts out a high THD. Be careful powering sensitive electronics, which is just about everything today. The Westinghouse WGEN115000TFC has a bit more power output, is TriFuel and the most important feature is a THD less than 5%.

Architecture student here, Looks good, just some thoughts. Sorry but those porch lights are just so bright and why so many all around the roof? I would recommended lowering the luminous to a more warm sunset like tone. Maybe have them on a dimmer switch. It Would add more aesthetic to the appearance and general feel and mood of the structure. I think it would be neat to take some sort of reclimed wood of different types from around the area (old barns, molding from old houses anything really) than start covering the shop walls over time in different patterns and fun ways. There is all that wall space to do things with. It sound like you are going to be there a while so I would just get the shelfs and cabinets in the closet all built in to add more uniqueness. Otherwise I like it.
