Have only driven over it once when I was working in the area a few years back. Was surprised to see the sign offering a substitute driver, but then I got a look at it. It's definitely a beast. It was a little spooky, but not too bad. There are some tremendous views from up there.

Raven. Easiest to see is the pointy downward shape of the beak , the ruffled feathers on the chest, general size and behavior (in the way they fly, but also just how they walk around)

I adopted a kitten stray cat, it became sick after 1.6 year and the results were positive for FIV and FELV, I have 4 more indoor cats...they all should be tested, 2 were kittens when adopted. I fear that they all were infected with FIV....😢

I was warned about this bridge but wanted to avoid the Baltimore traffic when the Key bridge collapsed. I should have listened. I crossed it on a motorcycle and it was worse than any driving experience I have ever had.

You should have crossed the old Huey P Long Bridge in New Orleans before they widened it. It opened in 1935 and has double railroad lines, and had double traffic lanes that were 9 feet wide, and no curbing. When a train was crossing, it felt like it would shake you off the bridge.

I literally said the same thing "I'm glad I'm not driving" when we went over the Bay Bridge a few days ago on tour. We were going the opposite direction - so we didn't see how massive it was at first.

That actually don’t bite! They are completely harmless and will not cause any harm to you whatsoever. I own an abundance of them and raise them, and I can say I’ve never been bitten by one once. Their legs are just prickly, so it might feel like they are biting, but they aren’t! Hope this helps! 😊

My fur son was diagnosed with FelV and anemia two days ago. I have tried everything and wish I could save his life. I’m scared to get him a blood transfusion because it’s a 50/50 chance. I’m scared he’s going to cross the rainbow bridge without me being by his side. I’m so sad to let him go. I’m doing the best to make sure he is happy and comfortable. The anemia is what’s killing him 😞😞😞 no one has given us treatment options.

Did you know that there's a race across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Annapolis Maryland every year in November? It goes across the eastbound span and it's a 10k race so if you like running you can do this race if you register before the prices go up in June.

My cat (11 months old) has genetic FIV My vets (Blue cross) charges you £40 just for a checkup and £60 for medication with only four tablets for 7 days and then the next week you have to keep paying for it. I have another cat but they only playfight.

That was one SCARY BRIDGE!! I'm like you. I would NEVER want to drive on that bridge or any other bridge like it. If I did I know without a shadow of a doubt that the Acadian Ambulance including both vehicles and helicopters would have to come see about me.😆😆 I would've been in high frequency panic mode.I would be experiencing all kinds of physical sicknesses crossing that bridge. I would have anxiety attacks, an a heart attack too and I don't even have heart problems, asthma, diarrhea, and probably go into a seizure. 😄😄 I'm laughing about what I just said, but, I'm serious at the same time. I would've been a hot mess on that bridge. Driving that type of bridge is definitely not for the weak and scary people like me. And the bad and most scary part is if I was to experience those things while driving that bridge, there's no shoulder for me to pull over on that bridge to stop so therefore I would have to continue the drive.
