you replied to my 1st comment: You claimed 50 years of experiences in tai chi. Why don't you tell your followers who was your tai chi master or did you learn your tai chi at a community centre. you are a Nam vet, you should be around 76+ , maybe Served two tours in Nam in 69/70, so you started practising tai chi in your 20s.You should have great flexibility, strength and your tai chi should be at a professional level but your leg kicks shows otherwise ! Why don't you do another video of these same kicks and do a heel kick at a 45 degree pass your shoulder height and hold for 10 second.Eh people. why don't you all search CZcams for ..simplified 24 movements taijiquan-complete demonstration by wushu TV and search 24 form tai chi-lesson 16-kick with right heel by Ian Sinclair. you will see who is a real tai chi master and who is a fake. Want real wool, get it from a goat ! A USA woman on youtube claimed, learn her tai chi and she can certified learners to become tai chi instructors ! Anyone can learn to move their arms and feet and claimed it is tai chi. Learning fake tai chi doesn't benefit any health, strength, flexibility benefit. It would have opposite affects!

I hope viewers from USA don’t think he is teaching proper tai chi kicks, you don’t b tell them the names of the kicks.Seems like you took yang tai chi 8 & 24 kicks . He is teaching cheerleader kicks, not tai chi. You didn’t mentioned what you are supposed to do with the supporting leg.

@@NicK-md9py sigh. As I always say, I’m so sad when someone has taken a little bit of tai chi and think that they know more than they do. I have a standard response which is if you think that you have a valid point to make then you create a reply, video and post the link. Show us what you are talking about and if you are, correct I will fully acknowledge it. But I’ve been doing this for 50 years son and I know what I’m talking about.

First, thanks for the excellent videos. I studied and did tai chi for many years, but allowed my practice to lapse. Your videos are helping me recapture my practice. Question: in previous Yang style classes I studied, the form does incorporate a single whip in this move. I’ve seen lots of variations between teachers’ styles, but this seems particularly interesting. Can you elaborate? Is this part of the distinction between the 103 and the 108 forms? Thanks again.
