Is very annoying phone, it hangs, it doesn't have much features and some are unnecessary complicated, and most of all the volume is too low, so low that even if you turn to highest is still low. I regretted buying it.

5g is nice, it's beat having to hope an electric scooter is available at the store, only con with 5g phones is the technology I can see it being alot for an elderly person but must have for how easy it is to download your health apps and your doctors app and then you have access to prescriptions and refills. You do need to set up an account on the popular good and somewhat affordable 5g phones, that account allows you to get into a new device easier than your first time with a 5g device, that account deletes apps that are not used, deletes them and trashes them if not used for 30-60 days. You really would be surprised what a 5g phone can do for your life if your challenged and disabled, I have a watch that goes with my phone but I have quality Bluetooth hearing aids that have the best Bluetooth quality I've ever used on a bluetooth, with the watch I can answer text messages and reply with one my brief 2 word replies if I can't talk at a moment. Elderly people have alot on their mind, you need to get a 5g phone for them and set it up and I'd get a watch for the device also, they are about $45 all the way to triple digits before the 2 last zero's. That price range is guideline of what type durability do you need as they do get expensive but total water submerge proof and have extra features as well like heart beat monitoring.

My decision is to go with the Samsung A15 rather than the Redmi note 13, and I will get a rugged case for the A15 so that it is better protected from drops that may occur by mistake. In my decision-making process, the software update for the A15 was of significant consideration. 😃

oscar, I'm not clear with one thing. can you mention one of the powerful 4g SOC (CHIPSET)? Mediatech G99 or what? to the best of my knowledge, all the powerful chipsets are 5g. most of the 4g SOCs don't have enough processing power and therefore struggles to multitask which i do a lot on my phone. I also do stream and download videos a lot but i still use 4g since 5g is virtually not in existence in my country Ghana
