I’ve done keto and a lot of the weight you lose is water weight. It seems that you lose a lot until you start eating carbs again and the water weight comes back.

the best diet is the one you can sustain without problems for forever, but it all comes down to calories in calories out (if your goal is losing weight only) just the method for achieving that differs from person to person

Paleo IF is best

Paleo is the best. IMO it incorporates the most food groups. Only think you can eat is legumes , some grains and white potatoes .

Keto has an advantage with this sort of challenge bc it makes you shed a ton of water in the beginning as your glycogen stores in your muscles and liver get depleted. Actual fat loss will depend on the calorie deficit.

Enjoyed this style of video. Wanted more variety but just the playful but multiple people, fast pace testing of sitting blindfolded and some high end chairs made this video a good watch.

I love the blind test, TY! For me, being able to put my feet flat on the floor WITH my back positioned all the way back in the chair is first priority. I would think that the best test would be to use it for 8-10 hours for atleast a week or two. May not be a practical test but an ideal one.

Calorie counting (and no junk food) with an app like My Net Diary is super easy and effective. I've lost over 25 pounds in 100 days. No fasting, no keto nonsense. The app also shows you daily totals for carbs, protein, and fats from each food you are eating so you stay in a balanced diet. When I'm at home I use kitchen scale to weigh my foods so I get an accurate count. You'd be surprised how much you have to eat to meet your calorie count, so long as its not junk food, oils, or breaded meats.

Here is some constructive criticism for you guys. All of the laughing, followed up by very quiet comments, results in listeners not being able to understand a large quantity of what you are saying. The primary person speaking is clear, but then you all burst into laughter, and then whisper something funny or possibly relevant, but we can't hear it. Of course, I am driving in my car right now trying to listen, but I don't have this problem on other CZcams channels. I just discovered yours, and I would like to listen, but I am missing a large portion of what you are saying because your audio is not consistent volume. Just something to think about.

Honeslty, Dave's picks seemed kind of useless because he was complaining more about height for his legs than anything else - someone should have tried to help him adjust the height, it feels. Overall, I found these types of reviews not terribly helpful because any chair will have pros and cons, but the reactions here were more black/white and didn't cover all the chairs equally.

I work from home and am in a chair lot. Kind of a weak back from a sports injury years ago. Besides just normal work. For my trading I do lean forward from time to time, but also like to lean back and chill. Looking at HM Embody, Haworth Fern, and Steelcase leap or gesture. What do you think for 5ft-8in 170lb guy with those requirements?

Every time I sit in my aeron remastered I love it. It’s soooooo much better then the DX racer I had before.

TBGFAM, easy, 5'10", 160lbs, 1000$ budget, I don't really like mesh, would much much much rather prefer fabric (like the steelcase gesture has for example), and I need a fully adjustable headrest. Anything you would recommend? So far I have been looking at the gesture with the headrest (out of budget) and the neutral posture 8000 (out of budget).
