Change a Car Battery Terminal End (it wasn't a dead battery after all)
I thought I had a dead battery (again!) on my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country, but it turned out to be a battery terminal end that had been overtightened and was no longer providing a good connection. The new terminal was less than $10 and so easy to replace!

You have now RUINED and WEAKENED ALL the coper pipes from your right hand on where you twisted the heck out the entire line of the pipes GUARANTEED! It will leak within time GUARANTEED. Your supposed to use "2" pipe wrenches or 2 adjustable wrenches to remove or tighten any type of fixtures on a pipe of water or gas. If not you will weaken, break, and disturb EVERYTHING down the line of the pipe. I was cringing as you kept wrestling with that part and I started yelling STOP when you started hammering at the wrench to break it loose and your entire copper pipe twisted. OMG there goes your sweated joints and anything along that entire pipe.. ..

This video is spot on. What usually leads to this is your freezer being over filled. There are vents at the top and bottom of the back for air flow. When the freezer is too full, that air doesn’t flow properly and increases the moisture build up that leads to freezing.

I'm currently watching your video as I'm about to unclog the pipe. I had fixed the clog before, but instead of using a sealant, I added foam to the rings around the pipes 🥴 (not a smart move). Now I have to remove it. Nonetheless, your awesome videos have saved me a lot of money on plumbers! Thank you! 😊

  • @Jess4ever1

I recently watched your video, and it was a huge relief. My Amana dryer isn't producing any heat at all. I've already removed the front loading door, the back, and the top, then cleaned and vacuumed inside the dryer and the vent, but I got sidetracked and left everything scattered on my laundry floor until it was time to do laundry again 😅. Your video has motivated me to purchase a multimeter and attempt to fix it. The dryer runs through its cycles as usual, but there's no heat. I plan to work on it tomorrow and reassemble everything. I think it might be the thermostat or the heating sensor. I had already resigned myself to having to buy a new one, but your video gives me hope. 😊 P.S. I can't thank you enough for your video. As a single mom who just bought her new home, dealing with appliances breaking down is so expensive, and that's why your video means the world to me.thanl you. 😊

  • @thomasstambaugh5181

Just a constructive comment about "wire nuts" (not "electrical caps"). Most wire nut manufacturers recommend stripping the wire ends, but leaving them straight. Push the wire nut onto the ends and then twist it with one hand while holding the wires an inch or so away with the other hand. Twist the wire nuts until the ends of the insulated wire twist together a few turns. The metal spring inside the wire nut will twist the bare ends together tightly and ensure a solid connection. This is especially important if you are connecting more than two wires. If any of the wires are loose, it can cause arcing and other issues inside the wire nut -- resulting in a fire hazard. Some protection is afforded by using an "Arc Fault" breaker (required by most modern electrical codes), but it's not wise to rely on that. Also, wire strippers really are an essential tool for this. The issue with using wire cutters like you show in the video is that it is very easy to score the bare conductor while stripping the insulation. That creates a weak spot in the bare wire that can cause it to break inside the wire nut. This leads to similar risks. While your installation is probably just fine, loose connection issues can arise over the years. Better safe than sorry.
