Based on the details in the confession book “If I Did It”, the prosecution got several things wrong. - O.J. had an accomplice - They got his route back to his house & back onto his property wrong - The accomplice got rid of the bloody clothes & weapon after OJ left in the limo. - OJ stripped down at the gate of Nicole’s before leaving but kept those socks on because he didn’t notice blood on them. That’s why there was no blood in the house. - OJ originally parked his bronco behind his neighbor’s house. The accomplice waited & parked the bronco on Rockingham after OJ left in the limo - The limo driver didn’t witness OJ returning home thru the front door. He actually witnessed OJ bring his luggage out to the porch in a black robe after he showered. He went back upstairs to get dressed real quick & then came back down to leave. Among other things… this is why OJ speaks so confidently in his rebuttal video because he knows they were wrong about various details. - Ironically, the crying dog is one of the things they got right. OJ mentions the dog circling Nicole’s body & barking loud. “It sent chills down my spine”, he says in the book.

I send you my condolences for your loss. You know my feelings about him, and I wasn’t happy he had passed. I’m not that much of a monster. I thought I’d let you know, that I know you are most probably mourning for him. He will be judged now, and he will get whatever justice is coming, good or bad.

Think O J were a white guy, his wife, a black woman, was killed, and police find a glove in the murder scene and another one in O J's house, no one - no American would believe that because it is too staged to believe, one glove in the crime scene another one in the criminal's house. Criminals can forget one thing at the crime scene not all of them. Either there will be a pool of blood of the criminal or none, not just one drop of blood; it just does not make sense. Only if you are an idiot will all these make sense in delusional minds; not right-minded people would believe all this bullshit!

  • @BeingforthebenefitofSimone

What surprised me in the FX movie... is Shapiro was allowed to walk up to those gloves and put them on to begin with when court was in recess. Leather gloves, I know the ones I've used in horseback riding or even driving gloves are supposed to fit tightly. You have a pair of leather gloves, that where soaking wet in blood (at one time) when they dry, they shrink. PLUS OJ had a pair of rubber gloves on because it's evidence. Why when Shapiro handled those gloves he was allowed to do so with no rubber gloves on himself. So duh,the gloves where not going to fit him as they did.

Chris just isn't trial law material or at least a trial of high magnitude. If you are going to cover a case of this magnitude there is a requirement to grab people's attention, having the room gravitate towards your presence, even if they disagree with your points. I'm not saying every lawyer needs to be as animated as Cochran, but there needs to be some presence felt in the court room. This guy had none. There's more life in substitute high school teachers than this guy.

  • @jnush40

Darden still has no clue how a court of law works. The defense doesn’t have the burden of proof, so they didn’t need to prove Furman planted evidence.

He didn't make mistakes, his frame of OJ fell apart, piece by piece. The blood had preservative or EDTA in it which means it came from the police. The trial proved the police planted the blood. Nicole's roommate was Faye Resnick a drug pusher/ and a prostitute. Faye Resnick was hiding in drug rehab the night Nicole was killed. Ron Goldman had 2 roommates who were killed less than a year before Ron was killed. All 3 were stabbed to death. The corrupt Judge Lance Ito and the prosecution kept the jury from hearing this information. Police Detective Mark Furhman, the guy who found a bloody glove that did not fit OJ Simpson's hands, was charged with felony perjury for lying on the witness stand. Detective Furhman was also fired from the Los Angeles Police Department due to his lying on the stand in the Oj case. One of Ron Goldman's roommates Brett Cantor and another roommate were stabbed to death, less than a year later Ron Goldman was killed. Nicole's sister Denise Brown was living with one of the Fiato brothers who is involved in organized crime. The corrupt media, the Judge and the prosecution would not let the Jury hear most of this information. The media never told you about Ron Goldman being arrested for selling narcotics. There is a lot more that the jury and the public did not hear.
