Your house is huge like there are so many rooms. If i were you, I would love to live in a studio apartment. Too many which you don't need.. a big kitchen which you don't need...a big walk in closet which you don't need. Declutter the extra spaces also.

Love this. I sit on a black zabuton at a low small folding camp table. I have a meditation corner with zafu, zabuton, incense and candle. Sleep on a matress on a tatami on the floor. The only furniture is a desk and chair for wfh. My clothes are for camping and hiking, meditation and office work. I like how Ghandi lived on the floor with mats and a floor desk. More space to live. Thanks for your video.

Really liked this. It must be difficult to be in such a simple, uncluttered space and then look out the windows at an extremely cluttered landscape and skyline. It was almost stressful just to see them in the distance. It’s awful what we’re doing to this earth. Looking forward to watching more. 😊

This is pretty extreme, but I remember when we were displaced from a fire that our home was being repaired so we were living in a hotel because all of our stuff was in a storage.. we would go back amd stay the night at our home some nights and all we had was our inflatable mattress and blankets in the center of the room.. mind you we were a family of 6 sleeping in 1 room for the night, it felt so nice, fresh and everyone enjoyed eaxhtothers company so much

I appreciate this. I like it especially bc it shows we can just be with what we have and not just consumer specific brands and features of bags (and other things). how many vehicles do you have? How is the right and fast way to become minimalist? And where to start for declutter?

On my ‘spiritual’ path to extreme minimalism i hold on to my basic favorite rule: what i don’t own, cost no energy! : no attention, no cleaning, no repair, no clutter, no costs, can’t be stolen, etc. If i get in the temptation to buy something i visualize the item in my house, taking up space, dust, must clean, etc. almost directly the need and will to buy disappears :-)

i would add a work desk, chair, monitor, ergonomic sofa. i would also add more dishes, and wash them quickly in dishwasher. other than that , this is good.

Impressive! And here I thought I was so minimalist when I flew cross-country, nationwide with a leather pouch (the size of your shopping bag). It held small wallet, phone, toothbrush, hairbrush, lipgloss, deoderant and two changes of clothes all rolled up. (Shampoo and soap was already supplied by the Air BnB' everything else I wore.)😃
