    Can do chakrasan after 3yer of c section. I did but i feel pain on stretch marks. Like The skin is tearing up.

    Namaskaram! I still have doubts cause I am not smart 😅 Isha timings are “long” Ie: each position is held for a relatively long time. In the video it’s said to keep breathing while holding each position. Scenario: I am using the audio guide, which says when to switch to next position. What if while I am breathing (towards the end of a position) the audio tells me to switch, but I am at the beginning of the opposite breath (previous pose) and I’d suppose to start the opposite. Example: I’m holding the knee toward the forehead, hence I’ve finished exhaling. I can start inhaling to don’t hold the breath (as instructed in this video). What if while I’m still inhaling, the audio says to switch to next position, which require me to start exhaling? Thanks for sharing! ❤

Can you explain why Yoga, and other similar modalities are activating in our bodies and how they help the flow of energy through our bodies.     Namasthe madam. Does breathing have an effect on the voice? Sometimes I find my voice weak but other times it’s normal. Makes me wonder if it’s due to stress.
