Had two Rush's, a Kona 2, two reserves, two harness's... about to buy a new Solos and Swift 6. This video gave me insane insight. I have always felt very safe under Ozone wings and never once have I felt the wing I was flying was underperforming for its class. The safety and the quality have been the two biggest factors in my choosing to be brand loyal to Ozone. Now, I am unsure if I will even consider another PG equipment manufacturer! You have taken design, production, and most of all, quality control and set the bar!

Thank you Santi for your nice presentation of all the relaunch techniques. But how are you dealing with the kite that swims in water with trailing edge down, leading edge up in the air, when wind is very light?

Santi let me complete this list with the last one, almost unknown, method for very light winds (similar to the last you mentioned just made a little different) Recover around 50 cm of both front lines pulling them and immediately after have released them, when the kite is still drifting away, pull one of the back lines The kite will relaunch in very light wind! ✌🏻🤙🏻

great blend of technical solution and design ! Congrats Simon & Team ! I´m used to being able to grab the sweet spot/center of effort one handed as well as mounting the harness lines there ! As I´m close to ordering a 6.5m and every wing is kind of custom built upon order (colours) it would be great to get a long front handle on request. I´m sure lot of customers would appreciate this move as well ! Thanks !

Nice. I see when you unwrapped the kite it's been curled up ends to centre, like an LEI. This is the preferred method adopted by my friends and I, but never really globally adopted by others. We find it easier to setup the kite for the next flight this way, keeps everything less tangled (speed system/bridles). Cheers!

Hey ! I ve got it since months now.. and first .. how to dry it properly ?? Personnaly i hang it at home like ram air kite, impossible to dry properly on the sand.. Also pay attention if you dont dry it properly you can have moisture on the canopy.. i have.. Also : 1 - front hand and back handle too short 2 - no space for hand because of the handle, dammage my hand on the strut. 3 - handle move, you can ear noise when you ride fast.. stiches make me lose confidence about handle. 4 - way toooo many power in the front hand ! 5 - poor stability when not in pressure, also neutral handle is too soft and allow too many degree of liberty. 6- valve are basic, supposed to be a high standard product? Better on fone and duotone.. 7 - dont even find the pressure PSI on the wing 8 - hard to go downwind 9 - hard to sale as a second hand Positive : 1 - go fast 2 - fast upwind and angle 3 - water dont stay inside 4 - very fast (😂)

Thanks Ozone Love my Fusion! The speed and accelaration is addictive. The wind range is amazing both low end and top end and the low drag is great for flagging out on fast ocean swells. Keep the innovation coming.

When the wing size increases; where at on the wing does the size gain add the most gain? Consider an asymmetrical wing for a pure speed run. Also more dialed in sizes. Does it make any difference having sizes in every .1 increment increase?

Amazing video which showcases the strength of the product... Without and gimmicks of cinematography. Some of the shots in the video almost make you feel how the Wing just "flows". Already dying to get my hands on this one. Purely for how easily it seems to fly, if not for anything more.

Is the zippers for LE bladder and the velcro ends for struts on a 2015 model ozone reo 12m kite? or is this only featured on the latest kites?

My first two paragliders were Ozone, my first two wingfoil wings Ozone, my next will be Ozone. The balance of these wings is unparalleled. I sold my last to a friend who was blown away by the "feeling" compared to what he had been used to. 🤙

Informative video. A couple things I would like to add. When attaching the kite bar lines to the kite lines, avoid kneeling on them as seen in this video. I assume the instructor was merely trying to get a good angle for filming and otherwise wouldn't do this. This is not particularly good for the lines as fine sand and dried salt can be worked into the weave of the lines, deteriorating their condition. Also, when hooking into any kite, I recommend attaching the safety leash to the safety line before hooking the chicken loop and stick. If the kite were to suddenly pull or prematurely launch before getting hooked in, the kite would simply flag out on the safety line and remain within the safe zone you established before laying out your kite. Another tip would be to pre-inflate the foil kite by fluffing it thus allowing the ram air channels to fill a bit ...making self launch much easier. Otherwise, trying to start a very compressed kite that has just been unpacked will be very challenging if not impossible in light winds. Hope these tips are useful.
