I would suggest at the beginning not to kill the circled troops and just sneak past them and capitulate the country as you will get more equipment which is loss if you kill the units and the only thing you are loosing is some experience for your generals and troops, which honestly I think the equipment is more valuable if your industry is not that strong and you are not major. But just a suggestion, you do you :)

I must have watched this like 10 times! Btw, the Dharma Yuddh idea which gives +20% Stability Gain is a percentage modifier on your rate of stability increase. While roleplaying as a "massive piece of shit", you clamped down on non-mainstream Hindu practices, turned down Gandhi's calls for peace, and discriminated against Dalits in the army. So your stability gain was zero. Dharma Yuddh (lit. "righteous war") also has a negative stability modifier for offensive wars (which will cancel out the +20%) and a stacked positive modifier for defensive wars (making it +40%). The intent was to make it somewhat useful for peace time and powerful for defensive wars. The alternative "Trident of Shiva" may have been better for an offensive gameplay.

Also a couple of suggestions. Your production before the war is good, but after it gets fucky, with all the combat losses and attrition, might work to put maintanence companies for that equipmen capture ratio. Another strat that might work is making space marine tanks, I have used it as Poland and Finland since AI doesnt know how to build AT and put it on divisions.
