If I had to chose….the new Maono G1 Neo is the best of the them. Has the only headphone monitoring that I can use (all 3 have it, but the G1 is most tolerable). If you don’t listen on headphones while using it, they are all Awesome for audio that the people watching will get. The one knock on them is how rough it is on you with headphones on.

Excellent AME2 review. I've watched this video twice now & still debating if I should get it or different Maonocaster. As for PD400X microphone, I can't wait to get one in the future. One question, do I have to download Voice Meeter (third party software) website like some people do with PD200X?

what do you suggest to me in the economical category of sound cards for FIFINE AM8 microphone? What do you think of cards like Fifine SC1 or M-Audio M Track Solo or behringer umc22 -- um2 Or do you see a better one that you can recommend to me?

Great review but you didn’t touch on someone using it exclusively USB. do you find the DSP and software of the pd400x and the flexibility to sit farther away an important distinction?

I remember years ago, there were demos on science programmes on TV, where if you fed people their own voice with a slight delay you could make them stutter. And that's on people who don't normally suffer from the condition. So monitoring with a delay is undesirable. I'd assume the older devices didn't have fast enough processors to give real time monitoring. Hmm.

This noise reducer could save my untreated room. The only thing keeping me from buying an audio interface is the need to directly plug in my PD400X via USB-C and use it with Nvidia Broadcast software 😂

The AM8 has better sound rejection, but the K688 is better to me for spoken word. If I had a noisy room, AM8…if I had a normal room, I would use the k688. It’s built better, mounts better on a boom arm, and is a gem for spoken word and not as sensitive to handling

USB mics are not ideal for podcasts where you have more than one person in the room. They will always give you that echo/reverb sound. Best bet if you have two people in the same room and want to cut out as much noise as possible while on a budget is grab a FiFine AM8 and hook both up to a XLR interface. What microphone solution should I be looking for in my situation? Me and my partner have our desks next to each other in the same room. I currently have a usb modmic and occasionally it'll pick her up on my mic. I want to upgrade my mic, I think I need something dynamic to cut out as much background noise as possible. Usb would be best as well. Will be used for discord/light streaming. Any help?

I don't need any speakers but these look pretty cool and he price hit a fair point. Fifine has got their sights set for the gold. the other companies better start up'ing their game or they are gonna wake up in a "OH DANG!!!" moment. Then it will be too late. Thanks for sharing.
