My brother in law ordered his kit from Elite diesel. We didn’t send the ECM off cause it didn’t mention that on line. It came with a plastic g that resembles the plug on the ECM that plugs not the small black box and then to a PC. Is this to be used to remove the ECM and program it ourselves. If so, will the program open up automatically when we connect everything?

When is Ford going to stop running CCV back into the filtered cold air intake gumming everything up and destroying the perfectly metered air fuel ratio, lowering HP and MPG? On some false idea that that is going to clean up emissions, it just can not.
