Our new Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) at Home - Part I
Part I of our video of how we installed a NGFW Zenarmor on OpnSense Firewall/Router Software. You can do this too to protect your home network and family.
Recently we stopped using Untangle after their Home Subscription was no longer available, so we've been deciding on an alternative. We found a great alternative with OpnSense and ZenArmor running on our Protectli firewall hardware FW6B. It's affordable and is running great now.

Trailer Stain & Seal Boards - The Old Timers Way

In this video I show how the old timers used to stain, treat, seal & protect wood from rotting. They would reuse or as we say today re-purpose old motor oil for trailers, fence posts, sheds and more. thanks for nice video
My fiskars pole blade and head are cracked. the blade is in two pieces and the head is toast. Can I just get a replacement for them since i have the saw and the chainsaw. If so where can I purchase one.. I thought they were stronger than that.. only had it for maybe 5 years
I see different saws and replacement heads on Amazon so likely there is one for your pole. Looks like fiskars sells them in different places. Might be easier to just buy a new pole saw complete from the store. I hope you find a good deal on replacement parts. If you buy the saw blade and replacement head separately just make sure that the holes match
Tell me the ingredients please
I don't remember 😅 but I think this recipe was very similar to the one I used www.mybakingaddiction.com/homemade-marshmallows/#wprm-recipe-container-35166
Those aren’t lemon bars THOSE ARE LEMON SQUARES, YOU FRAUD

You wouldn't believe all the stuff in the dirt one may find. Wonder how long it's all been there
Loose bricks 🧱 and wire no Bueno
Yes. Both can really mess up the grinder. I'm tired of catching wiring when mowing too. Had to cut that off a few times.
1:36 queue, the footloose, Rip Off music lol super funny. I hope you didn’t accidentally grind your foot. Very satisfying video.

Yes! They were my favorite! Now my children can experience them with real ingredients / without all the junk
Looks great!
Thanks! Need to try making pizza again!
We redid our this way and it holds up really nice
Yeah it works pretty well right!. I saw rain water beading up after a rain. Looks good and functional. I'm really happy with it so far
FUDGCICLES??? That exists????????
Maybe I spelled it wrong 😅
Oh no I just thought the concept was a bit unique
Have you used it? I've read a few complaints that it doesn't have much reach to get to the motor.
I've only used it so far for moving heavy shop equipment and unloading crated equipment from a trailer and lifting a mower. I don't see anything unusual that would make it bad for an engine block, although I haven't tried that yet.
Thanks for the video. I'm using 2&7/8 inch drill stem pipe for my posts. Your video answered my question, to use a drill or to use a cutting torch to make the holes. I don't know why but when I drill in thick metal, the drill bits will snap off. I even keep the bits oiled and they still snap off. I feel like I would be going thru too many bits. I never saw your bits break off, so I'm gonna try the kobalt bits in the future. Thanks for not editing out the difficulty parts.
Thanks for your kind words, one never knows whether to leave in the difficulty parts or not for sake of time. I'm glad the video helped, and I'd definitely recommend using the Cobalt bits for going through metal, Bosch was good to me but any high percentage cobalt bits should be better than the standard bits. Hope you get yours all drilled and working, good luck!
Omg how do you make this need the recipe ceral is so Expensive now adays😅😅
Give me a few days and I'll type it up and share it w you

Hi. We are just about to have birds of laying age and we are wondering how you keep your birds from not pooping over the nesting boxes in this same coop. ?? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks for all your other ideas.
This has been a bit of an issue for us also with the layout of the bars over the nesting boxes. We had an idea to put something there to block that area so nothing can fall on it or to stop the birds from resting above on the bars. Instead we've been using nesting pads to make the boxes maintainable by swapping pads on occasion when they are too messy, which also gives them new soft nests to lay in. It's a bit of a band-aid until we can really change the situation with some upgrade to the coop to stop the issue. Sorry I don't have more we're in the same boat, if you make an upgrade maybe try stapling to the underside of the bars something that can serve to block the birds above from the birds below in the boxes.
@@homesteadyallyou need to have angled boards above the nesting box so the chickens can’t roost above them Also angled boards on any lace you don’t want the chickens to roost.
Looks good. Maybe brush some olive oil on the crust. Help to make it look shiny and maybe not as dry.
Good idea. We did have garlic butter to dip it in!
Thank you. The white pipe going down in the tank how far do I send it down to create the bubbles inside the septic. TIA
Ours is already installed so I don't know where it enters the septic tank. From what I read, the septic system should tell you where to install the air line. I see conversion kits to add aeration to ordinary septic systems and they each have their own requirements and air pump configuration. The installation guide for SepAerator Premium from septic solutions has a diagram of their particular setup that may help.
Yum! Probably the easiest seeds to save. We had some carrots bolt and go to seed. Now we have some wild carrots in our yards
Yes! Amazing how God made everything to multiply
Pl upload review video of this once its fully grown
Sorry this was last year! They did bloom nicely and at different stages. The pollinators enjoyed them. But it did look very overgrown since they were all varying heights. We were okay with it but could see how some people would prefer a nicely kept flower bed

We have one on unlevel ground, doors don’t work right, roof panels didn’t line up ….our next move is too level everything….ground was wet when we installed and the coop settled ….an auto door is also next…. Thanks for the video 👍 If you get winter, where you’re at what are your plans for insulating the coop?
Ours is on uneven ground and it definitely took some leveling on blocks for a foundation but even then after several months of settling I had to adjust one corner because the door was hard to close. With the automatic door we don't worry much here in Texas about winter for chickens. Although since I brought electricity to it we could attach a heater inside for their extra comfort. But the temperature here is more than tolerable for chickens. Our bigger concern was actually the summer. The coop has a little morning shade and afternoon to evening shade where it is. Additionally I faced the chicken run toward the south such that the chickens in the winter could get some sunshine and heat in the run during the day and then hole up at night in the coop for warmth. In the summer the coop is on the north side so it doesn't have a direct wall with the South to avoid too much direct heat. We have a different video about running a heater in a dog house and I know a lot of people in the reviews for that product use it or the bigger model for their chicken coop. the product is called hound heater.
