We're adding a Concrete Curb - Part 2 - Landscaping a gravel bed with concrete blocks

In today's video we are nearing completion, finishing all but the last block, and concreting. Our follow-up video coming soon will detail the final steps and final look of the new landscaping and concrete curb border.
The curb will line our rock bed by the carport and is replacing old decaying railroad ties (can't stand those things). We're using 8x8x16 precast concrete blocks to provide a 'no pour - no forms' method of building a wall. We'll set the blocks, support it with bags of concrete on the back side and #67 rock underneath and then restore the river rock to the new edge. This is replacing our interim solution of large river rocks that was nothing more than a home for bermuda grass and weeds.
