How are you doing?
There was one episode on the show which I do remember dancing with Zackerley I wore a blue stripe suite with white boots and my high school friends were there too wish there was definitely more shows with all of us there! Cheryl Ferrando
My two top performers, Elvis and Jackie Wilson! Jackie was rightly called Mr. Excitement! I was sadly thinking that most people forgot him! I am happy to see that his fans remember this one of a kind talent!😢❤❤
4:34 Zachary kissed the black girl on the hand in 1967 on TV. And no one probably tripped out. Local TV was so much cooler.
I love this song. My father would play it all the time.
kekk
😮NEVER GET'S OLD!❤
Sadie…. Wow…. 🤩
Being 26, I have never seen these before! I am a lead vocalist, and come on down to my boat, is on my radar! Pretty awesome stuff!
I was on the show earlier in 1967. Took the 144 bus from Mt. Pleasant Avenue in West Orange to Military Park in Newark then walked to the TV station on Broad Street. Unbelievable experience at 14 years old.
Brilliant!
In 1966, just before my winter break when I was 18, I had a precious memory with Danny Smythe at the Memphis Lounge Club. Even then, like the black TV, I was wearing a suit and black glasses and playing the drums. Listening to music, I was so sad that I couldn't see the concert in the end because I was overwhelmed by people in the hall. At first, I tried not to wait until the end of the stage with my friend in the lobby, but the club manager was calling me from behind. So I followed him and Danismythe gave me signed paper in front of my eyes!! I loved his kind expression and manners even then. If I had come out of the club disappointed, I wouldn't have made any memories with him! But I wasn't a big fan of him at the time, so I didn't know who he was, but I found out who he was by watching the show on black and white TV at the time.
Nice
I never thought much of Danny Boy until I lucked up on his redention
